cauzele principale ale dizabilit\u0103\u021bii la nivel mondial. Aproape toat\u0103 lumea sufer\u0103 de dureri de spate cel pu\u021bin o dat\u0103 \u00een via\u021b\u0103. Durerea acut\u0103 este cea mai frecvent\u0103, cauzat\u0103 de obicei de ridicarea de obiecte grele sau de traumatisme sportive. Durerea de spate cronic\u0103 este un termen folosit pentru a descrie durerea de spate care dureaz\u0103 mai mult de 3 luni.
